What is dread.cloud? Dread.cloud is a whitelist only, recommendation only, enterprise grade VPS / bare metal server solution for game server networks, and sysadmins looking for a better solution to game servers.
How does dread.cloud work? Most of our customers are a per-recommendation basis. We're using proprietary software alongside our most powerful panel, so we are a whitelist only company unfortunately. We don't currently offer to individual consumers, we thoroughly vet any network or clients that we offer our services to.
What happens if I'm hit offline or subject to a DDoS attack? Our bare metal network utilizes a custom DDoS mitigation system based on XDP and eBPF filtering. This provides for 1+ Tbps of L3/L4 protection as well as L7 filtering for games such as Minecraft (Java and Bedrock), Rust, CS:GO, and more!
Are the servers provided by dread.cloud reliable? We stand by the quality of our product with a 99.99% monthly uptime SLA. Any downtime exceeding 0.01% will be compensated according to the SLA conditions that can be found in our Terms of Service. Our SLA covers network and power uptime outside of any scheduled and communicated maintenance.
